Samiksha Singh

Mrs. Samiksha is an honours graduate in English from Delhi University and an alumna of the Lawrence School, Sanawar. She has successfully completed a diploma course in School Administration from Delhi. She joined Pinegrove in 1993 and has worked in various posts during her tenure. She is a founder member of the faculty at Subathu and has been the Administrator (Head Administration) since its inception. The school has progressed leaps and bounds under her able leadership, guidance and control. She is a gentle but yet, a firm disciplinarian who has coupled this approach with affection and understanding, which successfully goes a long way with the present trends of modern education

Sanjay Chauhan

Sanjay is an alumnus of St. Augustine's School, Kalimpong, Distt Darjeeling. He holds Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Education as well as a Master's in Mathematics. He joined Pinegrove in 1996 and is one of the founder members of the Subathu wing faculty. He has worked as House Master, Head Activities and was the Organizing Secretary of the Inter-School Declamation Competition and has shouldered the responsibility of teaching Science to Secondary and Mathematics to Senior Secondary classes. He has performed the duties of Head of Activities in the Subathu location for a couple of years and has been appointed as the Head of the Institution to take care of the Academic Development of the Senior School children in March 2007.

Kiran Attri

Kiran joined Pinegrove in 1991 and is a Masters in Economics, Bachelor's in Education and an honours graduate in Political Science from HP University. She is one of the founder members of the Pinegrove Faculty and teaches Hindi and Mathematics. She is a talented dancer, musician and artist and proficiently uses these skills for the benefit of children. She is an amiable, soft-spoken and kind hearted person who is fiercely loyal to the institution and sincerely devoted towards her duties. She has unstintingly spent a large number of years towards the welfare and progress of Pinegrovian children and has taken over as Head Academics of Junior School in December 2004.

Man Mohan Singh

Man Mohan Singh is a commerce graduate and was working as the Senior Accountant of the school for the past four years. This year he was promoted as the Accounts Officer incharge of the Accounts section in the Head office of the school in the appointment known as "Head - Accounts". He had previously been looking after the accounts department in many commercial and charitable establishments in Delhi and Punjab for more than fifteen years. He is a deeply religious, helpful and honest officer. He has tremendous stamina and capacity to work long hours and is efficiently doing the task entrusted to him. He joined Pinegrove in the year 2000.

Vishal Gauri

Mr Gauri is from Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. He holds a Postgraduate degree in English and Bachelor's degree in Education from HPU, Shimla. With a flair for Sports since his school days, he has represented his college and Solan District Cricket Teams at U-19, U-22 and Senior State levels. He joined Pinegrove in 2003. With over 20 years of experience, he is a true Grovian by heart and soul. Apart from coordinating Sports, he has taught Social Science to the Senior Classes and assumed responsibility as Head Cultural Affairs and Activities. He has been bestowed with additional responsibility as Head Administration and Public Relations for displaying unceasing dedication towards his duties and loyalty towards the institution.

Surinder Mehta

Surinder has done his M Ped from I.D.C.P.E College, Nagpur University and attended the Under-15 India level camp in Cricket, conducted by Kapil Dev, Chetan Sharma and Bishan Singh Bedi He has represented H.P.U in North India Intervarsity Cricket Championship and participated in the Senior and Junior State Championship several times. He is BCCI Level A and Level B and Level B refresher qualified cricket coach from NCA(BCCI). The HPCA has taken his services as a chief coach of the State women's team, state U-19 team, u-17 boy's team and assistant coach, Himachal Ranji Trophy team, 2009. He is also the selector of all women HPCA cricket teams. He is working as Head of Sports.

Sunil Verma

A Postgraduate in English Literature from HP University, Sunil has done his schooling from various Kendriya Vidyalayas. He participated in Public Speaking, NCC and Boxing during his school & college days. He attended the Republic Day Camp at Delhi in 1997 and was part of a marching contingent on Rajpath. He completed PRCN Course from Officers’ Training Academy Kamptee, Nagpur and was commissioned as an Associate NCC Officer. He organises the Annual School Parade and NCC Camps of the School. A prolific speaker & motivator, he loves to indulge in reading and listening to debates & talk shows. He has a TED Talk to his credit and is loved by students and staff alike. He was appointed as the Head of Pastoral Care, in February 2022.

Dr. Kalpana Tyagi

Dr Kalpana hails from Delhi, she is an MBBS and completed her MD from the Russian State Medical University, Moscow. She has a wide experience of 15 years in Gynaecology and Obstetrics (Infertility) and has also worked for an NGO associated with Mother and Child Health Care. She loves listening to ghazals, cooking and dancing. She joined Pinegrove School, Dharampur in April 2019 as the Resident Medical Officer and proved herself to be a very diligent, determined and strong COVID-19 Front-line Warrior, during those hard times.

Punam Bhardwaj

A double Masters in Hindi and Psychology, Punam has completed her B.Ed. and M.Ed. from H. P. University, Shimla. She has also done a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling as well as a Certificate Course in Career Counselling and Guidance. She has a teaching experience of over twenty five years. She joined Pinegrove in 2006 and is an organized professional with exceptional guidance and counselling skills. She has been promoted to becoming a Psychology PGT and adeptly carries out her role as School Counsellor while ensuring the well-being of the girls with empathy and insight as Pastoral Care Coordinator. Her hobbies are reading and listening to music.

Having done his Graduation from HP University, Shimla, Vivek completed his B.Ed from Jammu University and M.Sc. from H.N.B University, Garhwal. He likes listening to music and playing Cricket, Badminton and Squash. He joined Pinegrove in 2008 and possesses an experience of twenty four years, teaching Chemistry to the Senior Secondary level students. He has been guiding the students in preparing for JEE and NEET for the last ten years. Taking cognizance of his adeptness, Vivek has been appointed as the Senior Academic Coordinator wherein his responsibilities range from tasks related to curriculum management, student support, faculty coordination and conduct of internal and CBSE Board Exams.

Kusum hails from tranquil Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. A Master’s in Botany from Punjabi University, Patiala, she stood second in her batch. She is also a certified ‘Green Educator’ by the Government of Himachal Pradesh. She constantly helps students with various learning needs and is equally passionate to instill and spread eco-consciousness.

Varuna hails from ‘The City Beautiful’, Chandigarh and is an alumnus of Sacred Heart School. She holds Master’s Degrees in Guidance & Counselling, Anthropology and English from Panjab University, Chandigarh. With a rich experience of working with some of the top schools of Chandigarh for over fifteen years, she has successfully trained students for Declamations and the World Scholar's Cup. She also had a stint with The Times of India Group as a Counsellor. A voracious reader, Varuna endeavours to instil a love for books in her students as well. She joined Pinegrove School, Dharampur as an English TGT in Feb 2020 and effectively took on the role of Coordinator - Student Exchange and AFS Intercultural Programs.

CTET qualified, she has over 16 years of professional experience and a year of school administrative experience. Certified an ‘Outstanding Volunteer’ by AACCET, Lucknow, she was awarded a scholarship for participating in the International Partnership for Service-Learning and Leadership, in Thailand. An approved TED-Ed Club Leader and active blogger, she has a great passion for creative writing, phonetics and diction. She joined Pinegrove in 2021 as an English TGT and happily accepted the responsibility of Coordinator - Editorial & Publications. She loves reading novels and is a self-driven, joyful and very amiable personality.

Gyaneshwar joined Pinegrove School in 2022 as a Computer Teacher. He is NET qualified and completed both his MCA and BCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has a total teaching experience of eight years. Apart from teaching Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, he has been associated with Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog as a Mentor of Change (MoC) for Atal Tinkering Labs in India since 2018. He has mentored many young innovators in the field of Design Thinking, Physical Computing, 3D printing and Microcontroller Programming and specifically enjoys coding.

Rajeev hails from the picturesque town of Shimla. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. After completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and a Certificate in Computing from IGNOU, Delhi, he successfully qualified both CTET and HPTET. Rajeev is passionate about dance and had the privilege of training the 10th Dogra Regiment for various cultural programs across India. With a rich teaching experience spanning 17 years across various schools, he is a dedicated Mathematics Teacher at Pinegrove School, Dharampur since 2017. He also plays a crucial role in organizing and managing stage events as Coordinator – Stage Management.
